Natalie Mone’t Pass(born December 2, 1989), better known by her stage name Versailles the Everything, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. Born in Clewiston, Florida, she started her musical career in 2012. Versailles began gaining recognition following the release of her first album “INJVSTICE” and first EP “Trip V” in the Fall of2014.In the same year, she gained her first feature with rapper Phora for two singles “Reflections” and “The WayWeAre”. Relocating to Tallahassee, FL in 2015, Versailles continued to produce notable and timeless releases such as “H.N.I.C.” and “Ridin”, gaining widespread fans and performing throughout theSouth.
Growing up, her musical inspirations were Erykah Badu, Andre 3000, Aaliyah, Xscape, and Missy Elliot, encompassing a wide range of versatility and sounds. When she first began rapping, Versailles would learn songs from Twista to strengthen her abilities and flow. Versailles is often compared to artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Erykah Badu, and San Alexander. With the release of her mixtape “currently” and singles that followed like “Boombap Politics” and “Talk To Me”, she continues to embrace those inspirations and push the boundaries with her flows and unique and soulful tones. In 2017, along with fellow artist San Alexander, Versailles created Soul Hype, an urban clothing brand that emphasizes the often blended line between Hip-Hop and Soul, and strives to motivate upcoming artists like themselves to embrace themselves.
